1.1 By participating in the Gen-Re collective and selecting a customized plan, you agree to pay the specified amount for the chosen sustainability projects.
1.2 Payment is due in full at the time of selecting the plan unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
1.3 GenRe reserves the right to modify the pricing of the plans or services at any time. Any changes in pricing will not affect the pricing of plans already selected and paid for.
2.1 GenRe accepts various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate and valid payment information, including billing details, and authorize GenRe to charge the specified amount to the provided payment method.
2.3 GenRe may use third-party payment processors to facilitate payment transactions. By providing your payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party payment processor.
3.1 Refunds are generally not available for payments made towards the Gen-Re collective, as the funds are immediately allocated to the selected sustainability projects.
3.2 In exceptional cases, where a refund may be considered, GenRe will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any refund requests must be made in writing to GenRe’s customer support.
3.3 GenRe reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Gen-Re collective or any selected plan at any time without liability. In such cases, GenRe may provide alternative options or refunds, at its discretion.
4.1 The prices listed for the Gen-Re program and selected plans do not include applicable taxes, duties, or other governmental charges, unless explicitly stated.
4.2 You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees imposed by your jurisdiction or the payment method provider.
5.1 All payments and prices are listed in the currency specified by GenRe.
5.2 If you are making a payment using a currency different from the specified currency, your payment provider may apply exchange rates and additional fees. You are responsible for any such fees or charges.
6.1 GenRe takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of payment transactions. However, GenRe does not guarantee the complete security of payment information provided by you.
6.2 You acknowledge and agree that you provide your payment information at your own risk, and GenRe shall not be liable for any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of such information.
7.1 If you have any disputes regarding a payment transaction or believe that a charge on your account is unauthorized, you must contact GenRe’s customer support promptly to resolve the issue.
7.2 You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or reversals without first contacting GenRe. Initiating a chargeback or reversal without prior contact may result in the suspension or termination of your account and legal action.
8.1 These payment terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where GenRe operates.
8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these payment terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
